Inspired by a former neighbor's noodle business, while still an employee, Mr.Louie Zafra decided to take a risk and pursue his dream.
He sought out reliable suppliers to source the best ingredients and tools, bringing his vision of delicious Hong Kong-style fried noodles to life.
In 2020, during the lockdown, he launched his own small business through a delivery service.
Now, with growing success, we are excited to welcome you to our very own physical store, where we continue to serve the best, affordable, high-quality fried noodles in town.
